A new order. Happy new moon in Virgo. TRUST

Imagen
Namaste! Today I come back with this post to tell you as briefly as possible what the Leo lunar cycle left me. You may wonder, but don't we start the Virgo lunar cycle? Yes, it's just that everything is related. In each lunar cycle I sow my intentions according to my projects, my dreams, my evolution, as I discover myself, tuning in to the available energy. In addition to what I’ve been learning on my own, Lour from @_ciclar guides me in a personalized way (I highly recommend). In Leo, my intentions were very clear, but, I with my Mars in Aries, like a spark, an impulse for action erupted, I decided to "try" to open a path in parallel to those goals (so sun in gemini too). It turned out that from day ONE, the Universe began to send me signals, one after another, all of them showed me that I should not prove anything, that I would continue with my path, in which I’ve been working, that I would recognize my Leonine brilliance, my courage, my leadership, my gifts, my abi...

Emotions and fraternity.

What I come to share with you today, are the reflections that the lunar cancer cycle left me: This cycle invited me to connect and feel-think about my emotional world. Through my emotion, I connect a lot with other people, showing my sensitive side, my emotional side and perhaps, more vulnerable. I know that showing that is not a weakness, but a strength. Being sensitive beings fraternize us. Connecting with emotionality empathizes us with those who are next door, it opens us to listen, to accompany, to encourage, to motivate, to inspire, to share, to give the best so that another being who feels is also. This last time I accompanied people to transit in a healthy way, with love and in presence, different emotional processes, because from my experience, knowledge and emotion, it came out just to do it, I didn't have to think about it, it was born from the inside, from where emotions come from, like energetic impulses. In a society that invites us to live in separation, indiv...

Why are presence and self-knowledge so important?

Imagen
In order not to live in automatic mode, without being present in our own life, in our breathing, body, thoughts, words, actions and our habits. It is very difficult to get to know ourselves if we are not present. The presence allows us to observe, this in turn, allows us to get to know each other, and that allows us to be aware, choose to inhabit ourselves, choose ourselves, choose to take care of ourselves. Yoga and Ayurveda are two ancient sciences of self-knowledge. They invite us to know our uniqueness (body, mind, spirit) and through self-observation to be able to heal ourselves, adding the habits that do us good and subtracting those that do not. If we are present in our breathing we can learn to use our most efficient and powerful tool to manage our vital energy, calm the central nervous system, calm the mind and thus our emotions, and more calmly manage them. Observe how you breathe: If you do it by nose or mouth. If it's soft, slow and deep, or it's fast, strong, short...

The spirit is our passions, emotions and our feelings.

Imagen
The spirit is our passions, emotions and our feelings. If we hold on to an emotion and it lasts, it becomes... a feeling. Emotions are energy impulses, which produce physiological changes in the physical body. That is why it is so important to feel, think and do coherently, in harmony between these three planes, to avoid the suffering that disharmony can generate. The body is the vehicle of our spirit on the physical plane, it is the materialized energy. Our body is the sacred temple of the being that inhabits us, our own god/goddess creator of our life (with our thoughts and actions), we take care of it so that our being can expand in harmony. The mind is energy of the subtle plane, of our brain and the nervous system. It loads with our genetic code, the collective unconscious, our beliefs, memories of experiences, patterns, etc., all of them generate thoughts, which can produce emotions of high or low vibration. Hence the importance of: Educate the mind to generate healthy thou...

HOLISTIC BEINGS: we are an spirit with a body that has a mind.

Imagen
In the previous post we said that we are a spirit that has a body and a mind that coexists in union with the whole and that YOGA seeks unity in harmony through its practice. But, how? Patanjali was the teacher who codified the teachings of Yoga in the book the Yoga Sutras or aphorisms of Yoga. He also taught the technique of VIYOGA that is about separating the spirit, mind and body, thus seeing its true nature.  This way we can better understand our feelings and affective states, to then be able to integrate physically and mentally. It proposes to us to know our being, our essence, so that we can then bring that essence to the body and mind. Spiritually we feel, mentally we think and physically we do. But many times it happens that we "think, feel and do" contrary to what we really are and that generates DUKHA or dissatisfaction that generates sadness, anguish or anxiety. Patanjali said: "Yoga Chitta Vritti Nirodha". What it means, "Yoga is the control of emo...

Welcome July. What is Yoga?

Imagen
It is a holistic millennial discipline that considers the human being as a whole spirit-body-mind in connection with the whole, the Universe. Through their practice, harmony and unity between them is sought. It comes from the Sanskrit word YUG which means union. There are many ways to practice yoga, for example: Sing mantras Paint yantras or mandalas Breathing techniques or pranayama Get into service Practice of asanas (physical postures), etc. It is a discipline that through the practice of yoga methods, a set of techniques, lead to SAMADHI. Samadhi, in short, is to reach a state of bliss, fullness, enlightenment, happiness, all together. In modernity, many people practice it for well-being, harmony and quality of life. It teaches us to know our spirit, to respect our body and to educate our mind, to be in harmony and be able to expand our being. It gives us emotional intelligence to know how to manage our emotions without clinging to them and thus avoid the suffering generated by emo...

Sirsasana. Headstand. Sometimes it is necessary for life to turn us upside down, to finally be able to change our perspective

Imagen
Sometimes it is necessary for life to turn us upside down, to finally be able to change our perspective of things and thus change the narrative of our life that led us to turn upside down. Change the point o f view, the narrative, how we talk to each other, what we think, our actions, the attention we give to our emotions, what we do with them, how we manage them, and becoming aware of all of it, try to have coherence between all of them, what we feel, what we think, what we say and what we do. When there is no coherence between all of them, the logical thing is that we feel bad, that chaos dwells in our being, instead of harmony. Becoming aware of each of these aspects will make us begin to identify them and thus take action and try, that what we feel, think, say and do is coherent, not for everyone, not for your environment, for you, it has to make sense, because only you can know what your harmony is, listening to your internal rhythm, listening to your own being. Connect wit...
