It is a holistic millennial discipline that considers the human being as a whole spirit-body-mind in connection with the whole, the Universe. Through their practice, harmony and unity between them is sought. It comes from the Sanskrit word YUG which means union. Samadhi, in short, is to reach a state of bliss, fullness, enlightenment, happiness, all together. In modernity, many people practice it for well-being, harmony and quality of life.
