Sometimes it is necessary for life to turn us upside down, to finally be able to change our perspective of things and thus change the narrative of our life that led us to turn upside down. Change the point o f view, the narrative, how we talk to each other, what we think, our actions, the attention we give to our emotions, what we do with them, how we manage them, and becoming aware of all of it, try to have coherence between all of them, what we feel, what we think, what we say and what we do. 33 ARE BETTER. Letter to my 33's

Imagen
They say that a trip is lived 3 times, you start living it when you plan it, you live it while you do it, and you relive it when you return, order, remember it and share what you have lived. With birthdays, with cycles, the same thing happens. We are preparing internally and externally, taking stock of what we have experienced in that last year, organizing the celebration if we want to do it. The day of the birthday is lived as a trip, we try to enjoy every moment and treasure every moment, while life surprises us with surprises, some of us escape the plans and may try to collapse us at some point. When the birthday, the trip passes, we are still there, with all its energy, with all its vibes, answering messages, watching photos and videos, and finally, we share all that with our loved ones. . Every June 4th I celebrate one more year in my life, but this is not one more year for me, because the 33 arrive with a lot of self-love and gratitude. I am grateful for the whole journey of m...

JUNE. Month of my birthday and of International Yoga Day

In the international month of yoga and on my birthday, it seemed like a very good way to celebrate both of us by sharing a brief experience of what yoga means to me and why I recommend and celebrate it so much. I sincerely hope that more and more people can experience it. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU (to the one I was, am, and will be, and to the yoga teachers), now their teachings of yoga accompany me in life. Yoga, together with Ayurveda, has taught me and continues to teach me to respect and take care of my body, thoughts, actions, and emotions. It's not something that is easy, but it gives us tools, techniques, and above all, patience to learn that changes don't happen overnight, that like everything in life, it requires practice, habits, respecting our process, without feeling guilty, but with respect and responsibility. I used to breathe through my mouth until I started practicing yoga due to allergies since childhood. If I tried to breathe through my nose, I would h...
