Sirsasana. Headstand. Sometimes it is necessary for life to turn us upside down, to finally be able to change our perspective

Sometimes it is necessary for life to turn us upside down, to finally be able to change our perspective of things and thus change the narrative of our life that led us to turn upside down.

Change the point o f view, the narrative, how we talk to each other, what we think, our actions, the attention we give to our emotions, what we do with them, how we manage them, and becoming aware of all of it, try to have coherence between all of them, what we feel, what we think, what we say and what we do. When there is no coherence between all of them, the logical thing is that we feel bad, that chaos dwells in our being, instead of harmony.

Becoming aware of each of these aspects will make us begin to identify them and thus take action and try, that what we feel, think, say and do is coherent, not for everyone, not for your environment, for you, it has to make sense, because only you can know what your harmony is, listening to your internal rhythm, listening to your own being.

Connect with your inner world, to be able to connect in harmony with the outer world. The only way to change the point of view is to change the perspective from where we look.

The headstand is not an easy posture to perform, nor is it easy to change our narrative, but like everything, it needs practice. Practicing headstand will strengthen your abdomen, your back, improve blood circulation and stimulate by decompression the internal organs, as well as your breathing to be able to reach it, it must be calm, to be able to maintain balance, a breath that keeps us on our axis, but now inverted.  The same thing happens when life turns us upside down, we must take what we have learned in the mat, to life.

Did you have an episode in your life that turned you upside down and you had to change your narrative to be able to continue?

What do you think of this position? Do you practice it? Would you like to learn it?

I read you, with love.

From my heart to yours,

Pauli.
